Most questions can be quickly answered by library staff using reference books available at the library, library databases, or reliable websites.  If your question is more involved and requires lengthy research, you will be asked to come to the library in person to assist with the research.

If you're not available to do so, we can recommend researchers who are available for hire to assist you with your local history or geneaology question.  For contact information, please email or call the Library at 509-659-1222.
